The Beeegining

The business beekeeper is a family-run business aimed at providing a rewarding beekeeping experience for companies all over Ireland. Founded in 2020 by Father and Son duo, Louis and David Bolger, the company has been selling its bespoke beehives and off-site beekeeping service to businesses all over Ireland.

We are extremely passionate about sharing a great beekeeping experience with your businesses. The work we do with your beehive supports biodiversity in our ecosystems and allows the Native Irish Honey Bee to extant.

Our Goals

The goal of The Business Beekeeper is to give companies an easy way to have a beehive. The enjoyment and satisfaction of seeing a beehive flourish is something we care about deeply. Sharing the journey from empty beehive to your first honey harvest very fulfilling for us as beekeepers and we this excitement and joy to your business.

About THE BEEKEEPER

Louis has been taking care of bees for over 20 years. What started off as hobby grew into a business venture which today delivers award-winning honey from his home in Kildare, all over Ireland.

As a member of the Native Irish Honey Bee Society (NIHBS) and The Federation of Irish Beekeepers Associations FIBKA , Louis is part of the Queen Bee rearing group which is critical for proliferating both bees and their colonies.

Louis’ apiary is also a designated conservation area for the Native Irish honey bee.
