The Beegining

The business beekeeper is a family-run business aimed at providing a rewarding beekeeping experience for companies all over Ireland. Founded in 2020 by Father and Son duo, Louis and David Bolger, the company has been selling its bespoke beehives and off-site beekeeping service to businesses all over Ireland.

We are extremely passionate about sharing a great beekeeping experience with your businesses. The work we do with your beehive supports biodiversity in our ecosystems and allows the Native Irish Honey Bee to extant.

Our Bees

We are passionate about only rearing native Irish honey bees (apis mellifera) and are opposed to the importations and propagation of non-native sub-species.

We are very proud of our involvement with the Native Irish Honey Bee Society in their efforts of conservation, study, improvement & re-introduction of the Native Irish Honey Bee throughout Ireland.
